On January 28th, despite the quick moving snowstorm, the Pro-Life League hosted it’s first ever Formal Dinner! Celebrating 25 years of this League, it was a joy and an honor to share this fantastic meal cooked by Mrs. Clarissa Small. We are truly blessed to have an amazing chef as a part of our school’s community! Throughout the course of the event, there was a wonderful and insightful talk by our guest speaker, Father Steven Scarmozzino, OSB, as well as an excellent musical performance by a handful of league members, who sang an original piece dedicated to the lives of the unborn. To conclude the night was a home-produced movie by some students and members as well as a delicious and beautiful cake, made by Christine, owner of Simply Sweet by Christine in Leominster!
On behalf of the League, thank you to all of our donors and to everyone who contributed to make this dinner a possibility! A HUGE thank you to Mrs. Small for her efforts as chef! Thank you to Mrs. Pascal Traylor for transforming our gym into a beautiful venue! Thank you to the Brothers and Sisters, especially Sister Marie-Jean who so kindly coordinated the event, and the rest who allowed the use of their kitchen space and their property! Thank you Father Scarmozzino for your wonderful speech to us all! And thank you to all the students and members who helped with serving and set up! This wouldn’t have been possible without all of you!
